selectbuddy -2 not working?!?!?!

Hi all!
The FireTeam function isnt working for me?!?! :s :<<
Ive included it in my ready-bind:

bind F3 "ready;selectbuddy -2;vsay_team ftattack ^7READY!"

but i still havnt got any sign above my teammates. HELP!!!







And yes im in the fireteam....and yes i have teammates!
