call of duty 4 problem "iw3mp.exe"

well i was playing with sum classm8s cod4 again, but suddenly i got this problem and cod4 shut down immediately "iw3mp.exe doesnt work anymore"

what could it be? can some1 help me plz?

Found the solution in 1 google search
but it is written in dutch so you wont understand...to bad.
