mobo problem

I bought new psu LC Power 6600GP and mother board need this white connector (write P8 on it)
LC6600GP have: 1x 20/24 pin, 1x 4+4 pin, 1x Floppy, 4x 4pin Molex, 4x SATA, 2x 6-pin PCIe

What this connector P8 do and do i need it?

Don't know, first time i see smthing like that normally mobo's power connector have 22 +4/8PINS but not like that.

Connector pluged before ? Have mobo's docs ? Otherwise try to boot without if you have blackscreen plug it.

now i boot it without and no blackscreen---> windows starts normally...

If I remember right the P8 connector on Fujitsu systems is for power supply control. Dynamic control of the psu fan speed. Not needed but always nice to have advanced warning that the psu is about to die.

Nope. The system will work fine without it but you wont get any notification that the psu fan has stopped working.
