Help PC

Hey guys i got an Own build PC.
but its really retarded it already like 4 years old so i need to update it.
Because i failed my drivers exam ill got to pay 600 euro more. nice1
but i got 40-70 fps that sux.
so now i wanna now what things i could buy to get my fps up and more stable.
