glass + deathadder

hi there,

made my dr3ampad today, bought some tainted glass, painted the back etc. My deathadder however doesnt track on it :'( MX300 and diamondback are working fine though :'(

Anyone got any ideas? i heard they changed something in the firmware to change the lifting distance etc ..

I have a black icemat 2nd edition, works well with the deathadder, but I got to keep it clean and the mousefeet can't stick out

tough luck :D

Liftoff distance was changed in the second firmware version if I'm not mistaken... but that won't matter since it only changes the distance before the mouse stops responding.

i've used icemat 2nd edition more than a year now and i finally threw it away and bought this 5€ mat. having glass under your arm is fail! (if your arm sweats a bit the mouse wont move smoothly on the surface anymore)

optical mouse+bright surface=fail

fabric mat is the best solution for you mate,the best.

I didn't have any problems on my selfmade pad, nor on the icemat black I'm currently using. :-(

urtimat > dr3ampad!
