I just think it's kinda amusing how somebody is picking out spelling errors in his competitors' statements. I honestly don't ever recall that having perfect English was a necessity for picking players for a national team, especially considering the fact that the captain would probably speak to his candidates in whichever language their nation speaks (in this case, German).

I didn't intend for that to be an insult onto all German people :X
