its an expression meaning they are extremely sensitive with anything to do with their past, which is lame because if you go to north america you can walk around with swastika's etc(even though you would look stupid) and not get punished. I heard they dont even have 'mein kampf' in german libraries.. that would be like italy cutting the penis off of michangelo's david.
