1. A division = NFC North/East/South/West, AFC North/East/South/West
Conference = NFC (NationalFootballConference), AFC (AmericanFootballConference)

2. Dunno tbh, havent followed the Patriots much, but they are still in a tie with Miami, although the Dolphins would win the tiebreaker.

1 : not what i meant to ask , but what i'm understanding from it now is that if europe was USA conference is like Champions league & divisional is like English Premier league ?

No. It's one league.
The winner of the AFC-Champion plays against the NFC-Champion in the Superbowl.
It's like two different groups, subdivided into another 4 groups.

Giants again... But tbh I kinda like Matt Ryan and the Falcons. Seen many of his games this year and a deserved playoff spot!
