Im no expert, but im gonna venture a guess!

Maybe, it cannot connect to IRC, maybe it cannot assign the requested address. Maybe your IRC servers hostname isnt valid, i dunno.

try using an IP instead of the hostname to avoid name resolution probs. The IP your after is: 194.109.129.222:6668
