And if your far away from the guy who you want to hit, try to shoot more than one bullet =)

I've never played it but I think it's quiet fun.

Fun depends on:
1. Game Mod
2. Size of field
3. Amount of ammo
4. Amount of campers

I played it with my fathers mates who were strictly campers - so it's effective to make offensive tax against them (more fun than standing on one place).

Oh, and I made a hs at my brother (got a pic).

i played it with school, at the begiining it's funny and if you get hit 1 time of out but at the last stage you got "deathmatch" and everyone can shoot on each other normally you arent allowed to shoot within 5 meters but with deathmatch when somebody is behind you from 1 meter and shoots :DD au!! so i am sure you will come home with some bruises:DDDD gl

Be prepared to eat a lot of paint :D, it's some nasty stuff if it gets into your helmet through those holes around your mouth..
But fun guaranteed.

I used to play it quite often.
Try not to get shot in the fingers, I was more pissed off by that than getting shot in the temple :)

another tip\

always make sure your gas can is screw to the rifle
if it will be a lil bit open, it wont shoot :<
and dont pick up paintballs from the ground : D

and dude, srsly save your bullets =(
they run very fast and its expensive

2tips:
1. you run fast nothing will ever hit you belive me, and dont be scared its not THAT painful [got one in the ear once]
2. paintball isnt very straight like real guns its more like rifle going in a rainbow shape, so keep in mind and try to sort your aim :)

it doesnt huer so much .. bt when ur hands aent coverred.. an u get 2 times a ball on the same place within 20 mins it rly starts hurtung for 5 mins... but its ok

done it for my birthday, was awesome.

best thing to do is camp lol, but you should always go out sometimes so you actually feel what its like to get hit and get used to it. doesnt hurt at all from distance but if you get shot from upclose it hurts (personal experience, it was freezing cold aswell.). also if you do get shot try and rub the paint off so you dont have to sit out for the rest of the round.

don't get hit in the breading holes of ur mask paintball bullets got a bad after taste
and use some protection for ur balls hurts alot to
also the bullets arnt going very straight (unless you got capped fps ^.^)
and our instructor said don't shoot each other for close just tap them on the hand
but shooting from close is more fun (unless they hit you first...)

TIP dont be afraid of it, it doesnt hurt that much but if u want more fun, play Tactic Ball. and also what frezo said, don't get hit in the breading holes of ur mask paintball bullets got a bad after taste. I got hit :~<
also, aim a bit higher for long distance cause the bullets go down and dont pick up bullets from the floor, i got jammed 3 times cause of it :~<
and shoot the instructor :D we gave him HS and he got mad and started yelling :D:D and shoot from close range cause its rly more fun like frezo siad ;:DDD ur friends yell "OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" :D:D:D::DD:D:D

ok let me tell you this out of xp, when your getting hit and if it doesnt hurts its a trap because when you get a good shot on your body from a distance like 10 meters it hurts like fucking hell so keep your distance at all times xD

avoid getting gangbangd on close range. trusted a paintball in the balls of one of my friends and he nearly cried ...

i dont know what its like in europe, but when I played it was pretty fun overall. I overdressed when i played... you get overheated (even on a cool day) if you wear too much and the bullets don't hurt that much anyways(but the pro's use guns that fire at a faster rate and can be more painful). Make sure you have adequate footwear, running in sneakers sucks in mud. Indoor paintball facilities usually suck so I suggest outdoor ones. Wear clothing that you can get dirty in, playing in light rain is awesome but your goggles can get very foggy.. the paint washes off (i wore a white hat and it was fine after i washed it). Also, most public paint ball facilities make their money off the paint balls, so make sure you bring $$ as the paint balls go pretty fast.. most importantly make sure you have enough cO2 in your tank, you don't wanna run out when the round starts.

The best game to play is either capture the flag, or kill the president (google it if you wanna know how to play)

oh and wear a cup or something to protect your nuts :)
