recycle bin problem

I deleted a very important document and emptied the recycle bin. So my question : Is it possible to reset recycle bin content and how?

dont do anything else - and try a recover program.. the less u do on the pc now, the higher the chance of recovering it.

TuneUp Utilities 2008 have option "TuneUp undelete". Never used, but maybe works
