monitor (is there a big differ)

gonna buy lcd monitor tomorrow most likely but should i like pay more attention on 4:3 / 16:9 / 16:10 or smth like it does it make a difference and is there anything else i should pay attention to
maybe u can even tell some monitors that would cost about 200 euros, not much more
