Ok i cleared my hardisk. Got an mx518 with a razer mantis speed pad.
What are you installing for your mouse ?
drivers, mouseaccel ....
tried 850 dpi, 250 hz ( cause unstable @ 500 hz ) , disable accelfix ( accelfix.exe ) then disable the mouse precision in windows.
6 notch @ windows sens
mousesensitivity : 10
mousespeed : 0
mousethreshold1 : 0
mousethreshold2 : 0
and i'm still getting negative accel.
So now could you tell me what your guys are installing, changing when you have an new hardisk.
The glides with the mx518 are enough good or should I put another ones ?

mousesensitivity : 20 = max windows sens tough
Position your mouse on the left edge of your mousepad and aim at something. Then put one hand on the right edge of the pad and use your other hand to move the mouse very fast to the right. Now slowly move the mouse back towards the left edge. If you hit the edge of the pad before you've reached the initial position you've got positive acceleration. If you could move the mouse even farther after you reached the object you previously aimed at, you've got neg accel.
DInput
had same problem, tried all accelfix shit but didn't work!
go to tutorials and get DInput running :)
