RTCW 1.0 cfg

i'm in need of a rtcw 1.0 config for low pcs (to get at least 76 fps).
I need your help since i can't remember all the low graphic setting commands.

if you have normal fps on et but oproblem with rtcw make sure you got /r_primitives 2
other then that the cfg in the wolfpack is pretty low detailed etc, wont get much better then that..

fixed all my rtcw fps problems (had 15 fps on beach :D)
