PnkBstrA communication failure?

well I bought new comp yesterday and I though that I had setted up everything, but when I tried to play ET, it kicks me for me reason which is in topic. So before we go to new year party, could some nice guy to tell how to fix this? I already tried to replace new ET's pb file with my old pb. I also checked firewall setting and everything should be fine.

delete pb folder -> run pbsetup

They're fine, but it's about a punkbuster problem. There's about 20 million journals on the fucking problems already :'(
