Take out the little battery on your mainboard for a few minutes, then boot up, no password anymore.

edit take that mini battery out of your motherboard for some sec while ur psupply is off
take it back and bios pw resets itself

No one here has 6000 kB/s (pay attention to the unit, it is not kBit, it's kilobyte!) or anything like that. That'd be 49 Mbit/s (ofc :DD).
1 kBit = 1000 Bits
8 Bits = 1 Byte (B)
1024 B = 1 KiB (also known as KB)
1024 KiB = 1 MiB (also known as MB)

Obviously the author has mistaken kBit for KiB. n1!
