serious question .... again

k guys, i downloaded legally a game from an absolutely legit site *cough*

when i wanted to paly, i saw that there were like 1337 rar files:

image: db1gs8.th

since i am not a complete idiot i mounted them:

image: db2hp6.th

image: db3ht1.th

and now i got this shit and i have no fucking clue what i got to do. Cant see a *.exe file:

image: db4xq6.th

does anyone know how to handle this?

as usually i did unrar one file and it automatically unrared all the parts to an .iso file. I mounted the iso file
