why did you bought this module?
i read many reviews, infact they use the very latest DAC chip from Cirrus Logic which no other interface has yet and it has many improvements on sound. So actually this model sounds better than their more expensive ~£320 model! If you are interested in recording many intruments @ same time (like a band) its not so good because it doesn't have many inputs, but its perfect for DJing, making music @ PC, or just listening to (but too expensive I think for most who just wanna listen to music) - I needed the MIDI input/output.
so are you into producing music / djing with pc??
im am just starting tbh (dj), i need to get a midi controller next (vestax) they only just started making complete midi controllers that replace the need to have 2 decks and a analog mixer (v expensive) so this is a nice way to start with quality equipment without spending loads.. ofc u dont need to get a sound card this expensive!
so you're gonna dj with a laptop and 2 signalcode vinyls or why the need of a midicontroller??
no, there will just be the sound card plugged into PC, and MIDI interface plugged into the sound card. Using traktor 3 to do all the mixing work
