Limiting connection from router

Is there any way i can manage my router so that the other people connected to it can only take up a certain amount of the up and download speed?

My mom discovered torrents :/

Would be better off setting her torrent client up properly.. limiting the bandwidth will only get you so far. Limit the number of threads/connections per torrent/globally.

Thing is, there are 4 pc's connected to the router. So if i could manage the speed for each pc; i could make sure i stop lagging in ET :p
