So, this is my pc -> amd sempron 2500, 1gb ram, radeon 9200.
So I usually get 76 stable fps, expect grush ;<, but sometimes, like a one time in 5 minutes it goes to 20-30 fps for 10-15 seconds without any reason. My windows is pretty fresh, got it for a week now. Does anyone know what could be the problem or know how can I check what is wrong?
The strange thing is that on my 2nd pc, home pc which is almost the same as this one I got the same problem :\

just minimize and look at the processes activity when you've got that lag
ET just used much
I think thats the problem...
that's not meaning FPS shooters. You should better have an Athlon processor, even if its lower Ghz. it will still have better cache memory.
Try it yourself and play on non-gv servers. Sad that CB requires such piece of crap installed.
I got stable fps on hide&seek server and crap fps on wars
