How to update my drivers?

how to update nVidia drivers? I'm tech newb so need all the support i can get

Go to the nvidia website, click download drivers, select your video card, and download it!

Not really.
Just make sure you uninstall your previous drivers before updating

thats a pretty stupid comment you got there :P panda is 100% right, he will then get an driver conflicts if he installs driver after driver without removing

I never updated my drivers in 3 years. So this is the first time i did it

I installed the new ones in the map my computer suggested so i guess this is good

What to do to let it run properly now?
I that includes deleting the old ones, where are they? Can't find them :D:D

whats your gfx card?
and you uninstall your drivers from the Add or Remove program in the control panel
for a safer and better delete, you can use drivercleaner or driver sweeper, but unless you get any troubles, u dont need to do it

Mate you don't need to do that. Installing new drivers from nvidia auto cleans and updates for you.

If you install new graphic drivers it auto updates and does that all for you, so please.

Still leaves some files there that could cause a conflict, because if you run a driversweeper it can tell what drivers you had previously.
