I listened and there was a buzzing sound like this beeez beez bizz bizz so I played some music to see if it was my headset but the music was fine

i am using winamp v2.98 for that (it is the old one with that crappy interface and stuff..) If you want to make the same thing as he did you need two more plugins (shoutcast-1-9-7-windows + shoutcast-dsp-1-8-2b-windows). One is for winamp setting and the second one is for config and for few more things (i don't know actually anyway).
