The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) applies to all employers who provide a service within their organization, apart from the Armed Forces. This law has been designed to end discrimination against disabled people. This means that if a disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental injury, which has a long-term effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.

The purposes of the Act:
-To ensure that disabled people aren’t treated 'less favourably'
-To make reasonable adjustments to ensure that disabled people are not at a disadvantage
- To comply with the Disability Equality Duty

1) They have same right as normal person, but if they have caretaker they will not be able to do big purchaces
2) dunno
3) Every humankind have same right no matter where he lives or go.
4) Every fucking idiot has some opportunity to get job, but usually if you are more educated than the other african muslim he will get the place, otherwise the Boss would be claimed to be racist and he would be arrested.

I think that legislation is same almost in every European country because we all belong to "democratic EU"( no extremist movements allowed ":D") and you could find those legislations there, unless you are searching UK only my work was useless, but anyway it was nice to write something sensible.
4) European Treaty for Human Rights (dunno the exact English translation). Contains some basic human rights (fair trial etc) for all countries in the EU. (more info on www.europa.eu)
