intelli 3.0 mouse hz

to those of you who have one, what hz is best (assuming 500 not sure) and what dpi does it run at? :D

link to thingy thing mouse hz changer.exe would be peachy, thanks in advance <3

Supposedly it might burn out running it at higher than 500Hz, but I'm running it at 1k too.

pretty sure it runs at 400dpi. i'd imagine 500 hz, i think running such an old mouse any higher would ruin it.

sucky mouse, no sense to use it since razer will disable pointer correction in 2 weeks for all their optical mice so DeathAdder will be better in EVERY aspect

anyway to reach max perfomance of it you should use the max mouserate
1000hz, stability doesn't matter or if your pc cant handle it use 500

in-built correction which is forcing to draw flat lines, google
razerguy privately claimed that they are going to release new firmware for their 5 optical mice to eliminate it.

draw lines in paint with intelli next with mx or razer and you will notice the difference. the first will draw human lines (with errors init) the second ones will draw straight lines, ignoring changes in direction if they are minor, thus giving you pixelperfect lines.

depending on ur system (32bit or x64) u will find usbrate_tweaker or mouserate_x64

why is 250hz the best? doesnt it handle 500/1000 stable?

like my diamondback 3g cant handle 1000: avg ~860 and sometimes it jumps to a 1000

its the best because it will have improvement with 250hz because the strugle of data(due too 8bit data path) will be resolved and there are no improvements in going 500hz because the strugle of data is resolved and 500hz will spend more cpu resources with no improvement

even with faster cpus there wont be benefit from puting that mouse on 500hz

edit: in other words it is necessary to alter the rate on that mouse so u can have it fully functioning but more 500hz will not add more benefit at all
