when I lost my phone around 6th october or so, I ordered a new one the next day and I waited like hmmm.. 1,5 month? (at my provider site the FAQ is as following : "we will send you new card in max 7 days!")

lolz! some providers are rly shit!!!! when i moved to a new place once i went to provider an aksed for inet.. they said "yes yes ofc np 4 us 2 weeks an u have it"... after 2 weeks i called them, they told me "ähh we dont have u in our system, neither we can see a applocation" 7 days later i called again.. same as week b4.. not in system.. next week still not in system WTF? after now 4 weeks i called again " yes yeswe work on ur application an cheakc all things" i was like fuck sake yes they got it!!!!... some days later again call " we need 2 w8 on the big uber provider to give the conenction free - around 7 days" after 7 days they still hadnt build up the connection, so i called the uber provider to ask wtf are u doin?.. their smart answer was.. " we dont have any connection in there where u want to have inet"
AGAIN i called my normal provider if they want to arse me or what... 3 days later i get a call from them... "well were sorry but we cant deal with inet on ur place"

I send my sennheiser headset back to the factory because the left earpiece wasn't working no more. I send it around the 10th of december, still haven't heard anything about it.

I actually forgot all about it, but ty for this journal, it reminded me to go and check it out :D
