Need digital camera

Hi guys.

Last year my old camera died, so now I need a new one.
I don't know anything about it, so I ask it some photographers like Pandaman etc.

Want to spend around 250-325€ and should be able to make high quality photo's because I'm going on holiday to Italy for 2 weeks and to Austria for 3 weeks, both countries have a great nature etc, so gimmie gimmie.
