I saw it, was very good indeed but I didn't like the end ;P so for me it won't be an oscar, for example Gran Torino was way better, or Seven Pounds (it may be due to the fantastic roles of Eastwood and Smith, but I still enjoyed them more than slumdog). but it should be nominate for scenario, that's for sure

Are you serious? Seven Pounds is terrible and so is Will Smith's acting.

Will smith is getting better n better, maybe he's not as good as in "Happiness is easy" but still it was very nice played. I don't know what's wrong with the movie? Enlight me

Excellent cinematography, but a little cheesy at the end. Overall I think it was good, probably one of the better ones of the year.

pineapple express, the wrestler and slumdog millionaire are all 3 very good movies imo...

though pineapple express gets probably a little bit too freaky in the end... and slumdog millionaire seems like an advertisment for the show itself and the million-show isnt sent live on tv, which it obviously is in the movie though ^^ but nevertheless its a bit of a bollywood inside the movie so i think its ok...
