directX 9.0c 1

Well I wanted to play in Combat Arms game but I can't start game becauseI have an error:

Unable to reset the renderer. In order to play CombatArms, you'll need at least DirectX 9.0 c, with a video card that supports TnL (error 484)

I checked my DirectX and I have got this version DirectX 9.0c . I'm downloading again this direct.

Have you got any ideas about it ?
