lagping prob

Since i have my new 21'' Monitor i have Lagspikes and 100+ Ping while playing ET.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

Ok its a good one.

Imo it can´t be the monitor. Re-install the Drivers?, did you get a driver CD by with the

monitor?.

Already tried, didn't work, now i have set r_mode to 9 and it seems to work :)

i tried, but when i picked 1600x1200 it crashed and said; Could't load OpenGL SubSystem

it means too big resolution for ur monitor..put lower:D

ye its bcuz ur new screen prolly has a wire loose , so that the internet connection doesn't go fluently through your screen. u have to buy a new monitor i think.
