punkbuster heartbeats stopped(again)

Hi,
I know there has been more journals posted about this error but the search option didnt gave me an answer. I use windows vista and when i run ET there is no problem. No fps drops, no lags.. nothing at all. Only when i do an vid_restart it disconnects the server and gives the error about the pb heartbeats stopped. I use firefox aswell. Read some things about this program doesnt work well in combination with vista. Help me bitte :>
