Revision is a Thing of the Past.

Does anyone else feel that, after heavy bouts of revision, their ability to make conversation and speak fluidly is severely compromised? During the exam period there was an average of 4 seconds processing time before I could respond to anything anyone said to me.

That said, exams are now over, and to give you an idea of how utterly horrific they were, one girl broke down into inconsolable tears upon exit of the final one. Did anyone experience exam success this semester? Or are you all still nursing the wounds of failure? Personally it's mixed, but I'm hoping the wonderful Goddess of scaling will help me limp on through.

only the very best 962 gonna be allowed to pass! will be hard :<

l@l
962 out of what?
Parent
were ~1700 students at the beginning of the semester
Parent
So they effectively half the number of students on the course? Does that happens every semester until there's one left? I bet it's televised too. You guys take your reality tv way too seriously.
Parent
yea plus the 100 ugliest people are being eliminated per internet vote every week aswell
Parent
We tried that in physics lectures but it just meant no one could show up.
Parent
now that's sad ;<

looking forward to the global finals which will be a gangbang, the one who cums last is gonna win
Parent
have exams in may or so
will probably pass, but its gonna be harder since i havnt been to school too much (missed 1st term cause of injury)
It's not football, you can still learn with a broken metatarsal.
Parent
yeah should be np anyways but ive always been really bad at learning by my self
Parent
Yeah I find it hard to motivate myself. Once I manage to sit down at a desk with some pen and paper I can work for a few hours before I need a break, but it's rare that I ever even get to the pen holding stage.

You'll pass, it's simply impossible to fit sock and failure in one sentence.
Not if you put vagina or boobies in there somewhere.
Parent
More like those poor vaginas. Everyone needs a little sock.

Had my exams before christmas, god only knows how I passed every single subject and believe you me I have no clue how i managed. Felt good though as it's the first time I've walked out of my exams thinking I've failed and actually succeeded!

Good luck though.
My exams already started - so far so good but still about 5 or 6 ahead of me including the hardest ones :S
just finished my first lot of A2 modules, they were OK but I regret taking English because I never have any clue how I've done in it >.<
Winter season hard
Nellie wishes you success
Sock'eh will prevail
im glad i quit.
I've just finished my last of 2 exams. After a gargantuan few hours of revision each i think i did okay, but i never really know, so we'll see when results come :<

Happy they're over though!
Passed my first semester hoora
We don't do exams, instead we make a portfolio in which we explain in what way we are "competent" in various subjects (This semester it was moddelling and realizing / testing a software application, plus "cooperation" ), then that portfolio is judged by two assessors, and then we have an assessment in which these assessors ask questions regarding the portfolio. My assessment is Friday.

The (dis)advantage of this system is that you can't learn everything one day ahead of an exam, instead you need to build up material on a weekly base.
All my uni exams are in the summer, gunna be fun
I had my last of 4 exams yesterday i figure i did alright given the fact that i was awfully hungover at the time =P somehow i managed to remember most of my revising from the weekend which i am very thankful for

upside to all this is that i have the rest of the week off from uni :O)
i scaled down my revision and found they [the exams] went pretty well. this was mainly due to the suggestion of beer
