ot_distance = 6

I found it in a guy his yawn since he wanted to join our team. Its from 2006/2007-02

Like Kiewan said, it's a command to edit the settings of a cheat, which has been used a long time ago. Furthermore there are many VERY, VERY FUNNY guys out there, who put cheat commands into a config and publish it afterwards. So, you shouldn't care too much about it.
