Quakelive - Out of Range

I got a problem...


When I try to start Quake live my screen turns black with a blue windows which says: Out Of Range .

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

What is skill level? I was asked for that also and I said skilled-high but on all servers there is only(mostly) noobs. :-X

either the resolution is wrong or the refresh rate!
simply check your qzconfig.cfg (I think that's what it is called) and enter correct settings for your screen.

/edit:
you may just change the options on the page. no need to enter the game for it!
