not possible anymore, you can now 'lock' it.... that means data cant be changed, you need to unlock it first and for unlocking a key is required which is sent to your email adress

and btw, u can download more than 2,6gb a day... if u dont use the full limit every day its added to your account. you can save up to 12gb :P

Well they rely on rapidshare accounts to download it to their server where you can download it from their server. So either all the accounts are being used, they don't have enough accounts which people have donated or too much bandwidth. So you may have to wait a few minutes or a few hours.
