afaik the filesize limit of fat32 is ~4.5gb, too lazy to wikipedia it right now

surely the PS3 supports other filesystems... doesn't it use Linux or some shit?
ye u can put linux on it, but never tried that :P if i do, you think ps3 supports ntsf?

hmm so i should format it to ntsf? but i dont think i can watch movies from it then (at ps3) :(

so far, its looks hard to find something usefull :P

the ps3 is using fat32, but what about putting linux @ ps3, u think it will recognise the ntfs then?

Just try it out?!

If its a new hdd it must be kinda empty so ffs just format it, plug it in and see if it works...

If not, reformat it to fat32 and watch 600mb-divx movies instead... :P
