rinput choppy movement

So I formatted and installed vista again
Resulting in my FPS to be as it used be, unlike what I had on my maxtuned XP, on vista, without tunes I achieved the usual fps
So I decided to use rinput as it gave me good results on XP, but on vista it gives me choppy movement
Some details that might come in handy
Disabled UAC
Haven't installed Logitech mousedrivers
500hz, 800 DPI
Same sens as on XP
