Need some help ,!,

1. We get a server from mentiz but we totally don't have any idea how to 'install' the server :D It would be nice if someone can help us 'installing' the server. It's a dedicated server. I want someone trustable and known for me who wants to help.

2. Till mentiz is gonna change to ventrilo 3.0 , we are searching for a 3.0 channel with subchannels.
