desktop themes/menubar progs

Looking at all the themes displayed in some journals , it has got my mouth watering over the many possibility which completely poon my current desktop... thing is, im bloody clueless.

I did use themexp but I just want to know is there any other program like this to make my desktop look sexeh?

used rocket-dock to create that bar on the ritght. acts like on a mac. cant remember where that black theme comes from tho :(
