Yep, I already noticed that and I was aware of it while writing my comment, as you can easily see when you read it.
Still doenst answer the question why the referees think they have to decide the match because of that silly 0,5m. If they really insist of these 50cm, they should stop the time. (Edit: I mean the distance from the line to the player.)

Ever heard of fine feeling? As if the few centimetres would have any relevance to find out the better team in a sportive way.

The last scene isn't the main reason of complaining. It's the consequence of the disastrous performance of the referees during the entire match. The last seconds were just the straw that broke the camel's back.

The time doesn't need to be stopped for throw-ins, but the situation was pretty unclear. Even for the commentators it looked more like a free-throw than a throw-in. So the clock has to be stopped, if the referee interrupts the match for calling somone off.

Furthermore, the last 3 Norwegian goals were dubiously. At least 2 of them were irregular. And we are just talking about the last 90 seconds here.
