Who do you think will get the Wooden Spoon award? if you also consider the qualifier matches as well so none of the teams that qualified can get it, except for Romania Romania cause Australia Australia forfeited the match.

They should bend the rules this year, Romania deserves it more then anybody ever has. Unless they can receive such a prestigious award without bending the rules? (not sure if their quali counts)
