That looks quite awful, all the sets are done to the failure... Doesn't work in the long run.
I'd recommend following Crossfit instead. The workout of the day is posted every day on the site. Most workouts you can do at home (or use replacement exercises if needed).
It's hardly something I take too serious anyway, as I don't intend on any any super weightlifting blah blah stuff. Just something that that keeps you in shape a bit more, after a few months I'll go on to the next part.
Seems most sites tell you to follow specific diets and all shit, something I won't be doing :F
Can't really do dips since I have my equiptment at home (No way to do them on furniture or sth like that either ;[ ). I got a decent Pull-up bar tho, haven't really tried to see how many I can do since I do them pretty slow normally and there I do 20-30 per set all the way down, if I do them fast I'm sure I could do 50-60 with underhand or overhand grip. I'll try that next time I'm training my back.

well i only use wide grip there
edit: around 30 dips, in my workout i do chest dips only tho :o 3 x fail with 10kg
~40 dips they are kinda easy for me dunno why :c
