Pb's Cpu Usage

Hey Guys...

I need some help again, i noticed that a lot of people here have this same problem, but I could not find any solution in the previously posted journals...

So, I have a problem with pb, he is consuming sometimes 20-30-40% of my cpu, and it causes me a hell of a lag... sometimes it just doesn't happens, but 95% of the time that i try to play, this problem occur.

Already tried to reinstall Pb with pbsvc, already tried to delete pkbstrB,A,K and try to reconnect to the game...

I'd apreciate if someone here could enlighten me.

o and i got another problem i got vista and if i vid restart i get kicked for an error api function with some numbers behind it, strange isnt it? vista is released @ begin 2007 and now we are @ begin 2009 hmm they had 2 years to fix it and they just ignored it...

pb sucks bigtime, its a bunch of lasy fuckers together who dont care about games they only care about money. People in etqw got kicked for the same error but since etqw isnt a free game and et is they fixed etqw but ignored et.

Vid_restart before connecting

I don't get this error strangly enough, I can vid_restart where and whenever I want

Though it's probably because of my crappy gfx card

doesnt solve the problem, the problem is vid restarting durin game not before i always do it before i go in but its just bullshit that you cant do it ingame this means you cant test most r settings in game you always gotto reconnect etc

we got a nice solution: turned pb off on our server
and we can play there without bad lags :)

Try to set the priority of ET.exe to the maximum. It helped A BIT for me.
