need help CoD4 [Ger allowed]

SOOOOOOO i got the english cod4 ( why ? ) because its way's better then the german one. I deleted cod4 german, then i installed the english version BUT the English version is not in my software list o0? . after installing the English cod4 i got some fail's @ playing ( dont ask me why, i dont know ) then i decided to uninstall the English thingy (because some errors at playing ) after deinstalling i pushed the german cd into my pc but i can not install IT!! .( I already deleted all english cod4 files )
i searched for probs in my regedit ( no probs found ) NOW i'm a bit angry because tomorrow 2 matches -.- and i cannot play COD!!11

Can someone help/tell me what that is?#
