Word Problem

Hi guys, I'm writing a text for college tomorrow when I dropped a book on my keyboard. I guess I pressed some sort of combination since my texts is filled with weird P like things. It looks like this:



Does anyone know what I pressed and how i put it off? I can't delete those things manually :/

EDIT: Those dots between every word shouldn't be there either, they appeared at the same moment when those P's appeared.
