define some terms

trying to work aTuner but I have no idea what:
Antialiasing
Anisotropic
Vsync
OpenGL
Direct3D


No idea I'm so confused :D

Help would be appreciated.

optimal anisotropic on.
vsync off.
OpenGL - ET graphic mode.
Direct3d - dont change nothinq.

gives more fps.
