i really doubt someone who has 14 olympic gold medals could scare away sponsors because he did tried pot. they might nag him a bit, but they know that dont have their stickers up there someone else will. and i get it that he was under pressure from everyone to apologize, but i wouldnt in his spot. i'd rather say that i was curious about its effects and that it was a one time thing. not that i was stupid in the first place for trying it. i would say that it was probably a bad example (but yeah showing the middle finger to the serb was great), but that smoking some weed isnt the end of the world.
That would really unleash the hounds. ;) Old friends and people you've stumbled into at parties would stand in line to give their story of how they've seen you get high at least one other time (no matter if it's true or not).

nah i still dont think doing some pot when youre 20-something years old should get this kind of negative attention. obama admitted to inhaling pot in his younger years and most people didnt find anything wrong with that. and hes a president not a young arrogant sport figure.

i mean if he tested positive for thc on some test or admitted it in an interview. same as if there was a picture of obama with a reefer. all hell would break lose, but this way its just a crazy thing from the young days.
