FM or FIFA manager?

any football management fanatics around? if so, has anyone given a try to either of these two yet? what are the impressions? (2009 ofc !)
I believe that football manager was quite enjoyable last year. I couldn't really lay my hands on the FIFA version but I've heard that it wasn't that decent anyway. from what I've seen, FIFA still lacks the general aspects of gameplay, although the graphics are nicer each year. the youtube videos were still kinda obscure to make the choice, so which one to choose this year? any feedback is welcome !
