Proxy help.

Hi2uall,

I am after some help of setting up a proxy to a european server to get around an ip block on some software. As my googling skills have come up sub par and after days of staring at complicated articles, I am wondering if any you you lovely crossfirers would know how to set one up quickly and easily.

I have looked at public proxies but many are locked/ out dated/ too slow and I do have access to a private server in which I could use if the proxy is easy to set up.
