BIOS problem

I got a strange problem.. sometimes, like 1/2 times, just after pressing a power button my bios shows:
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT A SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

The problem is, that I set booting devices to HD0 and disabled all other booting devices. Having this problem I need to restart comp and sometimes.. theres alarm in bios and I need to shut off electricity for a while and try again.

These things started to happen after I changed my vid card from Radeon9200 to 9800. I also restarted bios for a moment by mistake so its maybe smth with settings?
