I personally prefer calling an engineer to clean it.

Compressed air is your best bet but I took my pc apart the other day and hoovered it out cause i was getting artifax from my gfx card and it done the trick.

I usually take it somewhere outside and use my compressor to blow the dust off. remember that it's important to hold the fans, so they can't rotate.

I use a clean/dry paintbrush to loosen up all the crap on the fans ect then the hoover ftw :)
